If you have any issues with items you purchase from us, write to us using this link. You should expect a response within three hours (most likely sooner).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I take great care in packaging my products -- and labeling them fragile -- because even though they are very sturdy, it's possible for them to be damaged if they're handled roughly. If you notice any damage to your items, please contact me right away and try to take some pictures of the items and ** damaged packaging ** so I can file a claim with the shipper. My policy is to replace any damaged merchandise as soon as possible.
Remember to include pictures of the damaged box. The shipper will not respond to claims without pictures of the packaging.
Also, be aware that it's normal for cast-stone to have some slight imperfections like tiny pinholes, very small dents, or lumps and bumps; these things give stone statues character. Any damage beyond that should be reported to me.
